Curious by nature, Stéphane has always asked himself many questions about the world around him. After realizing that the great religions wouldn't provide the answers he was looking for, it was at the age of 20 that he met his first "art therapist" (Véronique A.): she was the first person to give him a convincing, uncompromising reading of this plan and of himself. She was to be his reference for many years.

Thereafter, he continued to explore various approaches to meeting and solving each other's problems. From Viet vo Dao to Tai Chi and English boxing. Yoga, clown/gestalt, a Samā "tour" with the Sufi whirling dervishes, art and music of course, encounters as well as other very inspiring therapists. All the way to an encounter with Tantra. At least one Tantra: that conveyed by Jacques Lucas. It was a revelation. Since then, he has followed his Men's Tantra cycle.

Stéphane continues to explore and let himself be infused by this discovery. The path to Self discovery seems to me both tortuous and clear, dark and luminous, full of doubts and self-evident truths. Whatever the different fields in which he has evolved (music, dance, transmission, teaching, creation, various and varied personal domains...), he has noticed the charge of Meaning, the educational aspect of the lived experience. It seems to him that every moment, whether pleasant or painful, bears a fruit full of meaning for those who know how to pick it.
