Tantra of Cashmere - Yoga of sound

Emmanuelle teaches Kashmir Tantra & Yoga of Sound.
For as long as she can remember, it has been her mother's music and dancing body that revived in her the memory of the blossoming consciousness of a possible way back to the Source. Her mother was a dancer-choreographer. She guided her, Emmanuelle followed her, spontaneously letting herself go, and if she strayed, she brought her back. Sound was the source of the tremor in her heart, generating spontaneous movement. A memory of unlimited Spatiality, flooded with Love. As a child, this was her 1st experience of the power of Sound, of the body's uninterrupted, fluid, seamless flow and return to Silence. Long years of research and maturation followed.

Then came the days of the Professional Dance School, where foundations, structure, courage, openness, mastery, power, lightness, depth, subtlety, anchoring, elevation, concentration and memorization .... are the prerequisites for opening the Way of the Spontaneous.

An encounter led him to join and live, for 9 years, a Vibrant and Dancing Spontane with an incredible partner, Vi Indigaïa, and the Secret Vibes Group of Musicians. They dance l'Inné in concerts and shows from France to India and beyond.

Tandava in the Kashmir Tantric Way is said to be a Dance of Love, of Union with the Cosmos. This time, we were experiencing a 2-person Tandava, letting what might have been die again, and rebirthing more space within ourselves and in our relationship to the World.

In India, her encounter with yoga sowed a seed. When she arrived in Morocco, where she lived for 10 years, the seed germinated, nourished by the sadhanas passed on by my teachers Gérard Arnaud, Olivier Fernandez and Driss Benzouine. She revisited the different planes, deciding to repeat the journey from the densest to the most subtle. She felt and saw the stem rise from the earth and gradually reach the sky.

At the heart of Driss Benzouine's teaching of Integral Yoga lies a fusion of Sufism and Tantrism. He helps her open a new door. The tremor returns. Sufism and its Zikrs rise, the Divine is sung and meditated upon. Sufi Master Reda Belhaj illuminates his path in parallel. His Voice opens up and reappears in my consciousness. The experience is profound, and melts away other masks to which she had previously had no access.

She follows the inner call of the Sacred Chant, and from Arabic she switches to Sanskrit. The wonder is great, and everything brings her back to Sound, Vibration and Silence.

Patrick Torre, Maitri, and Sri Ananda Nath teach him the Mantra Way. The tremor circulates and endures, and the field of Contemplation opens wider.
Driss Benzouine and Patrick Torre sowed tantric seeds that never ceased to blossom along the way, until one day ONE particular flower blossomed, the FLOWER of Kashmir Tantra.

She dives into the teachings of Daniel Odier. His transmissions of the Kaula, Pratyabhijna and Spandakarika lineages trigger her greatest tremor since the 1st conscious of my childhood. The teachings flow through her like deep gratitude and seem to bring her back to my home. The blinders come off, revealing even more the possibilities of embodied spirituality.

It's the experience of this "Magic", concrete and having its source in the heart of each person, whose teachings she shares. She passes on the tools that have guided her over the years, and that can enable others to reveal their own keys, to open their inner doors, towards Total, True Freedom to Be.

And to be neither the key nor the door, but SPATIALITY once the door is opened.
