Echo Clem will be the festival's stage manager.
He/she will be the pillar of operational coordination, ensuring the smooth running of the event as a whole and the fluidity of the organization. A real buffer and facilitator, he/she will act as the interface between the team of helpers, the artists, the entertainers and the Hameau de l'Étoile's logistical and technical team.
His mission will be to anticipate, centralize and regulate needs, information and necessary adjustments, so that everyone can concentrate fully on their contribution, in a climate of trust and cooperation. Present, stable and attentive, he or she will be the point of reference for questions, unforeseen events and decision-making, supporting the collective dynamic and the reassuring framework of the festival.
Echo Clem's calm, committed demeanor contributes to the fluidity, coherence and human quality of the whole experience.

He is a regular stage manager for festivals in France, and has extensive experience in this role. He also participates in the creation and structuring of events, bringing a global vision, both organizational and artistic.
He is also a photographer and videographer. He skilfully covered the TantrÂmour 2025 Festival: most of the photographs used come from his work, as do the teaser video for the 2026 Festival and the interviews with Sabryna and ShivaChris.
Throughout the year, he accompanies and documents numerous events, putting his sensitive and precise eye at the service of lived experience.
