CAREER & REFERENCES

Frédéric is a self-made man. In 2007, he built an eco-friendly house with his own hands.
In 2022, his life took a decisive new turn: he chose to leave his conventional life behind to rediscover himself. His first steps were on the Camino de Santiago, where he learned to heal, face his fears, and let go.
He embarks on a deep exploration of his emotions, an inner journey that leads him to tantra, which he discovers alongside Virginie, through the path of couples.
