Laurence Heitzmann and Laurent Lacoste - France

Directors of SkyDancing Tantra International, whose worldwide network they oversee with Margot Anand, they have been running Tantra workshops for individuals and couples together for almost 15 years, as part of SkyDancing Tantra and their own "Silent Mind Tantra" school.

CAREER & REFERENCES

Laurence is a body-psychotherapist certified in bio-energetic analysis. She has been working with groups and individuals for 25 years. Her path has led her to Tantra, an approach that invites spiritual awakening through a conscious body.

Laurent has been studying Tantra for almost 25 years. He has been trained by various schools in Europe and the USA. He has also trained extensively in Ayurveda (Cuisine, Nutrition and Massage), which has brought him closer to traditional Indian forms of Tantra.

They are both certified facilitators of the SkyDancing Tantra school and referent animators of TEL (the main individual path offered by this school). They are also Tantra teacher trainers and supervisors.

Laurence & Laurent will be offering tantra workshops based on their enlightened inspirations.

LIFE PHILOSOPHY

We like to define the Tantra we offer as a set of practices that support the development of consciousness and thereby a wider access to our vitality.
We see it as an experimental path towards the abolition of duality in our perception of existence. Notions of good and evil disappear in a space where only experience and what it teaches us counts.
Our proposal integrates practices designed to support the acquisition of a greater fluidity of life in order to reach a state of deep relaxation. In other words, our aspiration is to turn our lives into a dance, a meditation.
